How to stop an Edinburgh bus in the rain

The blog Not Reading On the Bus is described by its writer, “Addled in Edinburgh” as “A view of a city, life, the world from a late starter”. A late starter to blogging? Maybe, but not to writing, judging by the posts. Buses, and conversations overheard on them, figure large. I was reminded of “One Million Tiny Plays About Britain”, that series written for The Guardian by Craig Taylor, who more recently has recorded the multi-tongued voice of a capital city in Londoners. Here’s a lovely post from “Addled” on “How to stop a bus in the rain“.
